These terms apply when you use deals.mnajafferyltd.co.uk or buy from MNA Deals. MNA Deals is a trading name of MNAJaffery LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 15036456), registered office 41 Athlone Avenue, Bury, BL9 5EE ("we", "us"). Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who can order

Our store is for consumers in the United Kingdom. We only deliver to UK addresses. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That email is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we email to say your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we can't deliver to your address. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard UK delivery is free; Express delivery costs extra and the price is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product's price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates. Our Shipping policy has full details, including what happens if a parcel is delayed or lost.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. How to return an item and who pays return postage is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

Everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund as your legal rights allow. We cover the return postage for faulty items.

7. Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please read the product details, including sizes, power requirements and what's included, before ordering.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

9. Using our website

You may use this website for personal shopping only. Don't misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access or interfering with how it works. Text, photos and other content on the site may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

10. Your personal information

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of where you live.
