How much is delivery?
Standard tracked delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Returns
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number to start a return. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage, and items should be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long do refunds take?
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method. See our returns and refunds policy.
Products
Does the window security camera need a subscription?
No. You can watch live view in the phone app and record to a microSD card with no subscription. Our 2K window security camera is available on its own or bundled with a 32GB micro SD card.
Which WiFi does the window camera work with?
It works with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi.
Can I buy spare staples or replacement heads?
Yes. We sell plastic welder staple refills and foot file replacement heads.
