Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order

Every order to a UK address ships free with standard tracked delivery. No minimum spend.

Dispatch: orders are packed and sent from Greater Manchester within 1-2 working days.
Free standard delivery: usually arrives within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Express delivery: available at checkout for £6.99.
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We don't ship internationally.

Delays and missing parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas.
If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, or it shows delivered but you haven't received it, email us and we'll chase the courier for you.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Damaged on arrival?

If anything arrives damaged, email mnajaffery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
